This book contains folklore, magic, and traditional practices from all areas f Scotland; the Highlands and Lowlands to the Hebrides, Oarkney and Shetland. It is unlikely that any Scottish magical practitioner or herbalist would have practices all these traditions.
Readers should fee free to pick the customs that speak to them personally, keep them and use them, and pass them along to future generations.
